Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Red Lion, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project No. 1 West Chestnut Street: Contracted work will include street maintenance, concrete sidewalk and curb installation, and storm sewer construction on West Chestnut Street from Main Street to End. Project No. 2 Myrtle Lane: Reclamation of Myrtle Lane from South Main Street to Wise Avenue. Project No. 3 Lemon Lane: Reclamation of Lemon Lane from Marshall Street to Taylor Avenue. Project No. 4 West Elm Lane: Reclamation of West Elm Lane from South Charles Street to North Railroad Lane. Project No. 5 Various Locations: Unit price for base repair in various locations throughout the Borough as directed by the Borough. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Red Lion Borough Council in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. The successful bidder, when awarded a contract, shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety), as specified in the Contract. The Red Lion Borough Council reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
