Renovation of an educational facility in Red Lion, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Architect will review all substitutions submitted to RLPS Architects through Prime Contractors by Monday, October 3, 2025 (5 business days prior to October 10, 2025 bid date). All questions shall be emailed to Sam Betancourt and will be evaluated and responded to as necessary via addenda (sbetancourt@rlps.com). A single prime bid will be received for General Construction Work. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 10 percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder must furnish to the School District a Performance Bond and a separate Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the bid, as required by the "Public Works Contractors' Bond Law of 1967" and in a form acceptable to the Owner. This project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Act No. 442 as amended. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date established for receipt of bids. No cash allowances are included in the project. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids.
