Fairmount Park Trail Improvements Work includes improvements at Fairmount Park, such as installing a pedestrian trail, drainage, and parking lot improvements. Estimated Contract Value: $170,000.00 Questions Due Date: Feb 21st 2025, 5:00 PM EST The Council of Red Lion Borough have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Red Lion Borough. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Red Lion Borough Council in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time for this project is sixty (60) calendar days. Red Lion Borough reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
