Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Red Lion, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of May 10, 2024, project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed. General Construction: Work includes site improvements at Fairmount Park to install Amphitheater structure, stage, pedestrian trail, drainage, and retaining walls. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Red Lion Borough in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Contract No.1 are subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Red Lion Borough reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
