Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Hope, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
The project includes approximately 3 blocks of new sidewalk with brick buffer construction as well as installing new street lights as shown on the plans. The major items of work include, but are not limited to, 1,092 L.F. of roadside improvements including: 538 S.Y. of new sidewalk, 292 S.Y. of brick pavers, 938 L.F. of curb and gutter, 263 S.Y. of portland cement concrete base, 198 S.Y. of pedestrian ramps, 56 L.F. of R.C. pipe, and 34 new street lights as shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications. Site Directions: I-30 traveling west, take exit 30 for US-278 E, turn left onto US-278 E/ N Hervey St, travel southeast to the intersection of S Hervey St. and W 2nd Street. This is the beginning of the project area. The estimated cost range on this project is between $500,000-$750,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
