Services Shall Include but Not Be Limited to: Surveys, Engineering Design, Preparation of Construction Plans; Preparation of Construction Plans; Specifications and Bid Documents; Material Testing; Construction Contract Administration; Construction Observation; Airside and Landing Planning; and Various Types of Engineering Studies. Consultants Are Advised That While Much of the Work Will Be Accomplished Over a Course of Several Projects and Engineering Contracts for a Period of Three Years, the City of Hope Reserves the Right to Extend the Selection for an Additional Two Years. All Parties Are Also Advised That the City of Hope Reserves the Right to Re-advertise for Any Services for Any Services Not Under Contract During the Stated Time Period. Consultants Shall Demonstrate Their Qualifications as to Education, Experiences, and Credentials. Consultants Must Be Familiar With Federal Aviation Administration and Arkansas Department of Aeronautics Policies and Procedures. The City of Hope Reserves the Right to Reject Any/or All Submittals and to Waive Formalities and Technicalities. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
