Renovation of a military facility in North Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Project Scope consists of, but not limited to, the replacement and startup of all roof top units; coordinate with roof to keep warranty in effect. The interior classroom closet units will also be replaced, duct cleaned and TAB along with Commissioning performed. Commissioning will be provided by the owner and the contractor will coordinate. The contractor is to survey the interior closet doors and provide a list of any hardware issues so they can be addressed. The Owner has retained the services of a Program Manager to represent the Owner's interest during construction.
