The South Carolina Ports Authority is accepting bids for the Navy Base Intermodal Facility Advanced Work Package project. The work includes relocation of on-site soil stockpiles to new stockpile locations to surcharge localized areas of the site. The work also includes the demolition of three buildings, abandoned site utilities, the Viaduct Road Bridge and associated entrance and exit ramps. Project Location: Navy Base Intermodal Facility, Hobson Ave, North Charleston, SC The project includes relocation of on-site soil stockpiles to new stockpile locations to surcharge localized areas of the site. The project also includes the demolition of three buildings, abandoned site utilities, the Viaduct Road Bridge and associated entrance and exit ramps. The contractor will be required to provide erosion control and maintenance of traffic provisions to perform the work.
