Description

Renovation of a civil project in North Charleston, South Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

As of 6/13/2022, bid exceeds budget. Project not awarded. The North Charleston Sewer District is accepting Bids from qualified licensed Contractors to perform the necessary construction and rehabilitation of the interior walls of two (2), thirty-eight (38) foot in diameter, blended sludge storage tanks (BSST). This work will include the removal of dirt, loose concrete, and contaminates from the walls. Any exposed rebar will adhere to ACI 318 standards upon rehabilitation. Application of Level A cementitious lining and Level C monolithic epoxy linings will adhere to applicable ASTM standards respectively All documents related to this project may be obtained electronically North Charleston Sewer District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
