Renovation of an educational facility in Greenville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 34,547-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.

Briefly, and without force and effect upon the contract documents, work is summarized as follows: Renovation of the existing 32,268 GSF, 2-story building with a basement. Renovations include the following: abatement of asbestos containing materials, complete renovation to (4) existing gang toilets with showers, a new laundry room in the coordinators apartment, remove textured ceiling from first and second floor corridors, replace light fixtures, remove and replace exterior waste line, and replace HVAC system throughout the building. The emergency generator, chiller, steam converter, all bedroom overhead light fixtures, ADA ramp, gender neutral bathrooms, manhole replacement, and coordinator apartment finishes will be replaced as Alternate Bid Items. The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. Bids will be received for single prime bid contracts. All proposals will be lump sum. LL Everett established an additional time for Contractors and Subcontractors to meet on site to walk the building. The date is March 16th, 2023 at 10:00 am.
