General Description of the work: The work includes all labor, equipment, and materials to complete in every detail of the work indicated on the plans and specifications. Specifically, all work incidental thereto Green Mill Run Streambank Stabilization. The goal for Minority and / or Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) participation is MBE 10% and WBE 6%. Each goal must be met separately. Exceeding one goal does not satisfy requirements for the other. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 60 days after the bid date.
