Renovation of an educational facility in Westfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Tim and Jeanne's Dining Commons Dishwasher Replacement. The Project consists of the demolition and replace-ment-in-kind of existing soiled dish conveyor system, dishwashing equipment and associated supporting work. New equipment has been purchased by the Agency and will be provided for GC installation and coordination of trades work (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC) per the project design documents prepared by Caolo & Bieniek Associates Inc. All proposals for this program are subject to the provisions of either or both Mass. G.L., Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended and Mass. G.L., Chapter 149, Section 44A-44T inclusive. Attention is directed to the minimum wage rate to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries under the provisions of Mass. G.L., Chapter 149, and Section 26 to 27 D, inclusive. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
