The City of Westfield invites sealed bids for Installation of Outside Doors at the High School If for any reason City Hall is closed due to an unforeseen circumstance, the bid opening will be held on the next business day at the same time. No bids will be accepted after the above stated date and hour. The Purchasing Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award parts of the order to separate bidders if it appears to be in the public interest to do so. Attention is called to the minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor & Industries under the provisions of General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27G, inclusive.
