East Building Description: This project provides for a new east warehouse for Riviera Utilities, which includes a pre-engineered metal building plus the build-out. • 30,000 square-feet under roof • 3,435 square-feet covered parking • 18,215 square-feet unconditioned warehouse • 7,430 square-feet conditioned office/break/rr/misc. • 920 square-feet unconditioned tool storage West Building Description: This project provides for a new north poplar west warehouse for Riviera Utilities, which includes a pre-engineered metal building and build-out. • 30,000 square-feet feet under roof. • 1,715 square-feet covered parking • 18,420 square-feet unconditioned warehouse • 9,865 square-feet conditioned office/break/rr/misc Sitework will include parking spaces, drives, sidewalks and utility connections per the civil engineer’s drawings. Drainage, retention, grading, fencing and other site considerations shall be performed according to the civil engineer’s drawings.
