Site work and paving for a road / highway in Foley, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Overview: The base bid project consists of: fine grade existing crushed stone base with minor material addition, approximately 1,100 tons of asphalt paving, and pavement striping and markings for approximately 1,960' of roadway. The Additive Bid Alternate consists of approximately 141 tons of asphalt and stabilization. Fifteen (15) working days will be allotted for completion of bid items after the notice to proceed is issued. The project will be awarded on the base bid results. The City Council may choose whether or not to award the additive bid alternate to the lowest qualified base bidder. Contact buyer for the latest addenda to the solicitation.
