For performing all services required by the following project:Janitorial Services This project consists of providing janitorial services at the following City facilities: 1) City Hall - 1705 Main Street, Daphne, AL 36526 2) Library - 2607 US Highway 98, Daphne, AL 36526 3) Recreation/Senior Center - 2605 US Highway 98, Daphne, AL 36526 All bids must be on blank forms provided in the specifications. A cashiers check drawn on an Alabama Bank or a Bidders Bond, payable to City of Daphne, Alabama, for the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000), shall be filed with the proposal, the Bidders Bond being prepared on the form specified and signed by a bonding company authorized to do business in the State of Alabama. In addition, the contractor must furnish to the City at the time of the signing of the contract a Certificate of Insurance coverage as described in the specifications. Out of state corporations shall furnish a certificate of authority to transact business in Alabama. Out of state limited liability companies shall provide proof of registration to transact business in this state. Bids are invited from all qualified respondents. Submittals will not be accepted or considered after the deadline for receipt of the requested submittal. The right is reserved to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities and to furnish any item of material or work to change the amount of said Contract.
