Furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work required by Riviera Utilities and described as follows: PROJECT NO. ADM 1205 Riviera Utilities North Poplar Warehouses. In general, the work consists of the construction of two 30,000 square-foot warehouse buildings and all related site work. Interior build out to include open warehouse areas and office spaces. In general, the work consists of two pre-engineered metal buildings on North Poplar. See below for the breakdown of the building and work each encompasses. East Building Description: This project provides for a new east warehouse for Riviera Utilities, which includes a pre-engineered metal building plus the build-out. • 30,000 square-feet under roof • 3,435 square-feet covered parking • 18,215 square-feet unconditioned warehouse • 7,430 square-feet conditioned office/break/rr/misc. • 920 square-feet unconditioned tool storage West Building Description: This project provides for a new north poplar west warehouse for Riviera Utilities, which includes a pre-engineered metal building and build-out. • 30,000 square-feet feet under roof. • 1,715 square-feet covered parking • 18,420 square-feet unconditioned warehouse • 9,865 square-feet conditioned office/break/rr/misc Sitework will include parking spaces, drives, sidewalks and utility connections per the civil engineer’s drawings. Drainage, retention, grading, fencing and other site considerations shall be performed according to the civil engineer’s drawings.
