The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to procure for Credit Valley Conservation (CVC) a contractor to conduct removal and disposal of the debris collected from the upstream side of the Erindale Ice Control Structure. CVC may extend the works to the successful Contractor for future year(s) without re-tendering this project for up to 5 years, inclusive. The annual cost increase will be determined by the Canada Consumer Price Index each year. Both CVC and the Contractor can terminate the 5-year agreement after the first year (starting 2023). There will be a one-time cost in 2022 for the installation of signs on the individual piers. This cost will not be included in 2023-Jan 2027.
