Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Chrisney, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

All work for the complete construction and installation of the Project will be under one Prime Contract / Unified Proposal with the School Corporation based on Proposals received and awarded. All Proposals shall include a price for a complete turnkey installation as requested herein. A Work Order will be developed by the Owner and executed by the Owner and successful Contractor with Terms and Conditions. A sample copy of this Work Order is attached to this RFP for reference. Questions on the proposed project should be submitted in written format to Angela Burton (angela@stengroup.com) Removal of the existing concrete sidewalk/curb/pavement and export off site, regrade subgrade as required, add compacted stone base and install new concrete. Note: At all concrete sidewalks/curbs/pavement butting up against existing asphalt pavement, prior to demolition/removal of existing concrete sidewalks/curbs/pavement, sawcut existing asphalt pavement in a straight line approximately 16" away from face of the existing edge of the concrete sidewalk/curb/pavement to facilitate removal of existing sidewalk/curb/pavement and installation of new concrete sidewalk/curb/pavement. After new concrete sidewalk/curb/pavement is installed, in-fill area where asphalt pavement was removed with compacted #53 stone to match elevation of top of existing asphalt pavement. Backfill, grade, seed and straw all disturbed yard areas. All new concrete sidewalks/curbs/pavement shall be installed at widths and lengths as indicated on drawings unless indicated otherwise. PRIOR TO LAYOUT AND FORMING OF NEW SIDEWALKS/CURBS/PAVEMENT, CONFIRM LOCATION WITH OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE. Substantial Completion Date for Both Sites: October 28, 2022 All new concrete sidewalks/curbs/pavement shall be installed at same elevations as existing sidewalks/curbs/pavement unless indicated otherwise. Where new concrete sidewalks meet other new concrete sidewalks at a 90 degree connection, install 5' X 5' 45 degree concrete pavement across corners. At all areas where new concrete sidewalk/curbs/pavement is directly adjacent to asphalt pavement, provide integral curb/sidewalk as per Curb/sidewalk Detail 1/C-1 on Sheet C-1 All new concrete sidewalks/curbs/pavement shall receive cure-n-seal compound as per specifications.
