** As of April 17, 2025, project was awarded to Durcholz Excavating & Construction Company Inc, with no awarded amount ** Removal and Construction of County Bridge No.42 for the design build to include removal and construction of County Bridge No.42 over Baker Creek on CR 200N It is the intent of this document to explain the scope of work and it is intended that the bidder provide the pricing for the complete and total amount of the work in its entirety. Any omission of materials or work in this narrative that is needed to complete the bridge in its entirety shall be considered incidental to the work and the successful bidder will be required to complete this work as a part of the total bid price Proposalsshallbeproperlyandcompletelyexecutedontheproposalformfurnished to bidders. A certified check, bank draft, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder and a surety company in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The Contractor awarded the work will be required to furnish an acceptable Surety Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids or to waive any informalities in bidding.
