ITEMS OR SERVICES TO BE PURCHASED: The Bureau of Reclamation recently installed new office furniture in some of their space and the existing light fixtures no longer match up with the furniture locations. Work is to move the lighting in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Exhibit. Basis of Award: Price SIGNIFICANT EVENTS/DATES: SITE WALK IS MANDATORY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD ON THIS CONTRACT. The site walk is scheduled for May 10th , at 10:30am PDT at the federal building at 2800 Cottage Way, Sacramento, CA 95825. Contact Brenda Barrientos to RSVP for the site walk. The site walk is mandatory in order to submit a proposal for this project. SUBMISSION OF QUESTIONS/ RFIs: questions must be submitted by May 13th, 2022. PROPOSALS: Proposals are due on May 20th, 2022 at 4:00PM PDT. Proposals must include: Signed SF1442 Detailed Price Breakdown and Schedule Bid bonds if your proposal is over $150,000.00 Certifications and Representations CONTRACT AWARD DATE: estimated to be on or about June 1st, 2022. PoP: 06/01/2022 - 09/30/2022. The estimated price range for the Project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Solicitation and Contract (1) This Solicitation is set-aside for [Small Businesses in accordance with FAR 19. This Solicitation sets forth requirements for proposals for a Contract to construct the Project described in the Solicitation Documents. Proposals conforming to the Solicitation requirements will be evaluated in accordance with the Method of Award set forth herein. The Government will award the Contract to the selected Offeror, subject to the conditions set forth herein. (2) Neither the Solicitation nor any part of an Offeror's proposal shall be part of the Contract except to the extent expressly incorporated therein by the Contracting Officer. (3) The Offeror's proposal submitted in response to this Solicitation shall constitute a firm offer. No contract shall be formed unless and until the Contracting Officer has countersigned the SF 1442 submitted by an Offeror, and delivered to the Contractor a copy of the SF 1442 with original signatures together with the Agreement reflecting the Offeror's proposed prices. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
