The equipment must be equipped with a system to soften the water in order to prolong its lifespan and minimize maintenance costs. Spillways to be relocated: There are three spillways that are currently positioned on the facade of the building. Their positioning makes maintenance and inspections impossible, either only by renting a scissor lift, then they have to be repositioned.
