SCOPE OF WORK 1 total 4' x 20' galvanized truss frame ramp hinged on both sides with light gray composite railing system and decking. To include replacement of existing approach wood railing to matching composite. Including all mounting hardware to existing concrete approach.PERFORMANCE BOND with surety in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. The Performance Bond shall be conditioned upon the faithful performance of the contract in accordance with the plans, specifications and conditions of the contract. Build (1) Lakeside Dock total 8'x20' floating dock to include the following; Light gray composite decking Light gray composite railing system on 3 sides Ground contact treated lumber framing with floats Pile mounting hardware (4) Rolling tires mounted to underside for removing dock (4) 12" pile mounting hardware (4) 30 lbs per square foot live load buoyancy Price to include all above materials, delivery and installation. Old docks and ramp removed by others. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 5/11/2022 5:00 PM LABOR AND MATERIAL (PAYMENT) BOND with surety in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. The Labor and Material Bond shall be conditioned upon the prompt payment of all material furnished and/or labor supplied in the prosecution of the work. Also required is a MAINTENANCE BOND with surety in the amount of 10% of the contract amount. The Maintenance Bond shall be surety against defective or inferior materials or workmanship which may develop during a period of one year from date of total completion and acceptance of all work performed under the contract. This unit cost contract shall start on or about June 1, 2022. The total cost of the contract, including any extensions, cannot exceed the bid threshold. The quantities shown below are the facility's estimated usage for the initial contract period. The County reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities according to actual usage and does not guarantee orders for any specific amounts or item(s). Orders (will be called in on an "as needed basis and will be delivered FOB (destination or installation location). Any award from this quote will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible vendor.
