Construction of a 400,000 gallon per day bulls-eye wastewater treatment plant with onsite lift station. The deadline to ask questions is 5/23/2022 5:00 PM CST Project No.: 21-0011 Substantial Completion of the Work within 365 calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed and Final Completion of the Work within 390 calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed as determined by the Engineer. You shall proceed with construction in such a manner as to be Substantially Complete three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days from the date of this Notice to Proceed, on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 11, 2023, and achieve Final Completion, as determined by the Engineer, within three hundred ninety (390) calendar days from the date of this Notice to Proceed, which is FRIDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2023. These terms are in accordance with the fully executed contract documents, of which you have been provided a copy
