Scope of Work: The scope of work is to convert the northern half of an existing bay into two main areas (app. 9,900 Square Feet), OSS and TCO and enlarge existing restrooms through demolishing certain walls and creating new rooms with new installed walls and doors. All existing architectural floor, wall and ceiling finishes within the renovated area will be demolished and replaced with new finishes. The systems improvement include plumbing, HVAC, electrical, data/telecommunications, security and fire protection systems. Design and construction of Open Secret Storage (OSS) shall follow Physical Security Standards, DOD 5200.01V3 where perimeter boundaries and doors shall be identified and meet minimum secured perimeter boundary wall standards.
