Site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Cardigan, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 12,691-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for the addition of a 19,902-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
The scope of work will include the following: .1 Select demolition to the existing building for phased construction. .2 The complete building envelope including the roof system and wall system along with new doors and windows. Full interior fit up of the new additions and renovation / fitup of the existing building. .3 Exterior civil work as noted on the Drawings and Specifications. .4 All mechanical and electrical systems as noted on the Drawings and Specifications. .5 All in accordance with the requirements of the specifications and drawings listed on their respective Index of Specifications and Drawings. The following sub-trades are to be bid directly to the General Contractors through the Bid Depository of the Construction Association of PEI: Mechanical; Electrical; Sprinkler. The closing date for the above sub-trades is 2:00:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at the Construction Association of PEI. * The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
