Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cardigan, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of Work: 1. Demolition of existing boiler plant equipment. 2. Provision of new open loop geothermal heat transfer wells complete with submersible pumps, piping, etc. 3. Provision of a new water to water high temperature heat pump system including pumps, piping, etc. 4. Provision of new 2-pipe heating and cooling fan coil units throughout the building including new piping, valves, etc. 5. Provision of new hydronic low temperature radiation throughout the building including new piping, valves, etc. 6. Provision of electrical upgrade to service new equipment. 7. Cutting and patching to accommodate new systems installation. 8. Excavation and backfilling to accommodate new systems installation. 9. Provision of automatic controls for the operation of new systems. Hard copies (paper copies) of tender documents will not be made available to bidders at this time.
