Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Rexton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Removal of existing asphalt within the project area as shown in the contract drawings. .2 Preperation and grading of existing base material including application of additional aggregate where required to meet elevations specified in contract drawings. .3 Supply and instalation of Type B-HF and Type D-HF asphalt as shown in contract drawings. .4 Installation of asphalt sidewalk including new base material and required excavation as per contract drawing. .5 Adjustments to existing catch basins may be required after paving to match grades and facilitate positive drainage. .6 Application of topsoil and hydo seed to areas where aspahlt is removed or exisitng sod is damaged. Topsoil and hydro seed to be applied to meet grades specified and match into existing grades and edge of asphalt. .7 Application of pavement markings as specified in contract drawings. .8 Contractor to supply As-Built drawings to NBDTI Buildings Division upon completion of work. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
