The Village of Walton is requesting proposals from qualified mechanical and electrical contractors to perform maintenance and repairs on existing buildings and equipment located at the Walton Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 54 South St. Walton, NY. Contractors are requested to submit a schedule of rates for personnel and equipment, and markup rates for material or subcontracted services which may be required to complete repairs and maintenance. Contractors will be required to submit non-collusion certifications for procured materials and services under this proposal. Work at the site is subject to NYS Prevailing Wage Rates, provided hourly rates to reflect this. The Village anticipates entering into a term agreement with selected contractor(s) and to issue purchase orders for needed work based on rates included in the selected proposal(s).
