Work items include, but are not limited to : mobilization/demobilization, traffic control , pollution control, de-watering operations, clearing/grubbing, rock rip-rap bank stabilization, grade control structures, seeding and mulching. Work within the stream and floodplain or which could affect water quality shall be completed between the dates of June 15 and September 30, 2022 and/or in accordance with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation's permit..
