Site work and paving for a road / highway in Burlington, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Bids will be delivered to 833 South Spruce Street, Burlington, Washington. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered. This resurfacing project consists of a 2-inch structural overlay of Fairhaven Ave, Anacortes St, and Cascade Highway. Construction includes, but is not limited to: Hot mix asphalt; grinding; pavement markings; erosion/water pollution control measures and traffic control. The Engineer's estimate is $600,000. Should the suc- cessful Bidder fail to enter into such Contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the Specifications, the Bid Proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Burlington. CITY OF BURLINGTON is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The City of Burlington reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive irregularities in the Bid or in the Bid opening. No Bidder may withdraw their Proposal after the hours set for the opening thereof, or before Award of Contract, unless said Award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
