The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (the Authority or the JTA) hereby requests Sealed Proposals for Myrtle Avenue Operations Campus (MAOC) Generator Replacement Design-Build. Design-Build Firms will provide proposals for the Myrtle Avenue Operations Campus (MAOC) Generator Replacement Design-Build project as JTA plans to replace two (2) generators in-kind at MAOC and add alternate to install one (1) new generator. The Design-Build Firm shall complete all required design and construction activities, which includes, but is not limited to, signed and sealed plans, permitting, mobilizing and phasing, commissioning and training, demolition, civil work, equipment installation and electrical work, closeout documents and all associated incidental work for a complete turnkey usable system.
