Florida State College at Jacksonville f/k/a Florida Community College at Jacksonville requests qualification statements from qualified general contracting firms interested in renewing their pre-qualification status for the College's construction projects of all dollar levels. The College maintains the list of prequalified contractors on the College's web site Firms currently pre-qualified by the College, wishing to renew their Pre-Qualification Certificate at any bonding level shall submit complete renewal submissions as defined in the RFQ in accordance with the State of Florida Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) pre-qualification requirements. Refer to the above web site for the current listing of pre-qualified contractors to verify that your company is currently on the list and eligible to submit for renewal. Current Pre-Qualified General Contractors that fail to timely submit a complete RFQ 2023C-09 submittal will be cause for the College to remove your firm from the College's pre-qualified list of construction contractors. Deadline to Submit Written Request for Clarification: August 22, 2022 @ 5:00 p.m. uploaded to the above-defined weblink. The College reserves the right to reject any portion or all proposals, to resolicit RFPs or not, and to waive informalities as deemed in the best interest of the College.
