The Town of Castle Rock will be reconstructing the Four Corners Intersection as a part of the approved 5-year Capital Improvement Plan. The project is located at the intersection of State Highway 86 on the east side, Ridge Road on the south side, Fifth Street on the west side and State Highway 86 (Founders Parkway) on the north side. The scope of the construction project generally consists of: Utility relocations (dry) Earthwork Storm drain improvements Retaining wall construction (CIP) Hot mix asphalt placement Concrete pavement placement Striping Sign installation Landscaping Extensive traffic control Sidewalk construction and ADA improvements Traffic Signal Adjustments/Additions This project is Town, Douglas County and Federally funded and includes CDOT and federal requirements as it pertains to inspection, documentation, and construction management. The construction work for the project falls mainly under Town (of Castle Rock) and CDOT specifications. The Town seeks turnkey construction administration (construction management) and construction inspection services to support the construction of the projects.
