Renovation of a mixed-use development in Olympia, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The School District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bid or in the bidding. THE WORK The Work includes structural upgrades to existing buildings as further described in the bidding documents. There are no alternate bids requested at this time. SCHEDULE The Work is to occur, within the restricted dates and times listed below to eliminate conflicts. Site mobilization may occur as early as June 27, 2022 if the Contract has been executed, proof of insurance and bonds have been provided, and other requirements for commencement have been satisfied. The Substantial Completion date for the Work is August 6, 2022. The Contractor shall furnish sufficient forces, construction plant and equipment, as may be necessary to ensure completion of the work by the dates of Substantial Completion and Final Completion. The dates of Substantial Completion and Final Completion are also stated in the Contract Documents.
