The work should include, but not be limited to the following services: 1. Industrial Lands and Economic Analysis 2. Identify Potential Land Use & Policy Changes 3. Technical Expert for Public Meetings This project is CPA-8, "Countywide Study of Industrial Lands," on the 2022-2023 Comprehensive Plan Amendment Docket. The deadline for submittal of RFP responses is 3:00 p.m. August 26, 2022 This notice is not the full Request for Proposals. All proposals must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with the RFP Number, RFP Title "Submittal for Industrial Lands Assessment", and the Name of the Proposer. Proposals should be prepared simply and economically, providing a straightforward, concise description of the firms and project manager's capabilities to satisfy the requirements of the services requested, relevant experience, references, and project proposal with budget/fee structure to meet the scope of services as identified in the RFP. Special bindings, colored displays, promotional materials, etc. are not desired. Emphasis should be on completeness and clarity of content.
