Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Santa Cruz, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**As of May 24, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Santa Cruz Port District invites qualified contractors to submit bid proposals for the Santa Cruz Harbor Electrical Service Upgrade Project 333 Lake Avenue. Work required as part of this project consists, in general, of providing any and all equipment, components, and services necessary to upgrade electrical service within an existing multi-tenant commercial building. Work shall be performed in accordance with all permits. The proposal should include all labor, construction and materials based on governmentproject prevailing wage rates in accordance with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations. Work includes, but is not limited to: -Upgrading power service to the building. -Providing individual power meters to specific areas of the building. -Providing ancillary power to all tenants/occupants of the building to ensure long-term service interruptions do not occur.
