Renton Park Phase 2 Improvements. The Project includes the following Work: The proposed park improvements include the installation of an asphalt walking trail, concrete sidewalk, bocce court, cornhole boards, lighting, water fountain, and stormwater management facilities. The Park has received funding from the Commonwealth Financing Authority. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%.
