The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Chattahoochee Technical College (Owner) for Classroom Renovations for the North Metro Campus in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project. Chattahoochee Technical College is located at 5198 Ross Rd Acworth, GA 30102.Chattahoochee Technical College will be hosting a Mandatory Prebid Conference Meeting to discuss the scope of this project. Details about the mandatory site visit will be discussed during the meeting. Failure to participate in the Mandatory Prebid Conference and/or site visit will automatically result in disqualification from the bid process. TCSG and the College reserves the right to disqualify a potential bidder for failure to be in attendance at the Prebid conference by the scheduled time.
