Renovation of a mixed-use development in Acworth, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Acworth City Hall and Power/Public Works Building Renovations and Improvements Pre-Construction and Construction Manager At-Risk Services Contract All bidders must comply with all general and special instructions. SOQs must be delivered to the above listed address no later than the time and date indicated. All information pertaining to bid number, bid description, bidder and opening date must be listed on the sealed envelope. The City of Acworth reserves the right to waive any or all informalities, accept or reject any or all bids, to re-advertise and award in the best interest of the City. Procurement shall be in compliance with the Procurement Standards 2 CFR Ch. II 200.317-328. Potential contractors and subcontractors must not be parties listed on the governmentwide exclusions in the System for Award Management in accordance with 2 CFR 18o which implements Executive Orders 12549 and12689 Debarment and Suspension. Neither the United States nor any of its departments, agencies or employees is or will be a party of any contract awarded pursuant to this invitation to bid.
