Compensation Type: Cost Plus Fixed Fee Agreement Q&A deadline: 05/10/2022 11:00 AM County(s): WASHOE Right-of-Way Services for the Reno Spaghetti Bowl - Phase 2 The purpose of this procurement is to select a SERVICE PROVIDER to provide right-of-way support services to implement the relocation of Nugget facilities currently within DEPARTMENT right-of-way, in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act (URA). The Reno Spaghetti Bowl (RSB) Phase 2 Project will be replacing I-80 Structure H-866 E/W (Nugget Viaduct) between Rock Boulevard and Pyramid Way. Through a Feasibility Study, the DEPARTMENT has determined that the Nugget Viaduct will be removed and replaced. A portion of the Nugget Casino exists under the viaduct pursuant to an existing lease agreement between the DEPARTMENT and Nugget Sparks, LLC. To accommodate an earthen fill section, most of the portions of the Nugget Casino that are located beneath the existing viaduct and within DEPARTMENT right-of-way will need to be relocated. The work included in this Scope of Services consists of providing right-of-way services to complete the successful relocation of the portion of the Nugget Casino located under the existing Nugget Viaduct. The various impacted functional areas of the casino will need to be relocated and operational prior to construction of Phase 2 to avoid interrupting casino operations.
