As of June 22, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Engineer's Estimate for Base Bid is $2,575,000 to $2,605,000 Bid Conference Date: No Pre-bid Conference. Bids must include a provision that sets forth the requirement that a contractor must be qualified pursuant to NRS 338.1379 or 338.1382 to bid on the contract. 1. General Scope of Work: Construction includes placement of approximately sixteen (16) center-lane miles of varying widths of chip and type III micro seal in the Truckee Meadows, Incline Village, and surrounding areas. Additional work includes a 1.5" asphaltic concrete overlay on highway CR34 north of Gerlach. Miscellaneous work includes pavement markings, asphalt patching, and crack filling.
