In 2023 a Feasibility Study Was Completed, With the Objective of Evaluating the Current State of the Building and Its Prospective Use for Other Purposes. It is the Departments Intent to Obtain Architectural and Engineering (a&e) Services to Further Develop the Concepts of the Study Into a Final Detailed Design Set of Documents for Solicitation and Construction, Including: Evaluating and Reviewing the Feasibility Study; Determining the Most Appropriate Repurposing Use for the Building; Determining the Most Appropriate Construction Alternative; Preparing Detailed Design Documents for Proposed Improvements; Providing Full Prescriptive Specifications; Compiling and Providing Construction Documents and Support Throughout Agencies Having Jurisdiction (Ahj) Approval Process; Support During Bidding Phase; and Performing Construction Administration Throughout Construction Duration. The Service Provider Will Provide Full Architectural and Engineering (a/e) Design Services, Permit Support, Solicitation Support and Construction Support Services for the Proposed Full Development of District Ii Galletti Admin Building.
