Site work for a water / sewer project in Gerlach, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work consists of conducting a Preliminary Engineering Report for expanding sewer capacity at the Gerlach Wastewater Treatment plant. Firms are to base their submittal on the Project funding being provided in whole or in part by Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) and NDEP State Revolving Fund The Firm must take affirmative steps to assure that disadvantaged businesses are used when possible as sources of supplies, construction, and services. The goals for minority and female participation are 12% and 10%, respectively. Executive Order 11246, Standard Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Construction Contract Specifications, apply on this Project. Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply on this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all submission, including, without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional submissions. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the work.
