Compensation Type: Cost Plus Fixed Fee Agreement The Department is seeking to hire one firm to provide commercial janitorial services for three of its District II campus locations in Reno and Sparks Nevada, Washoe County. The selected Service Provider will be responsible for providing all managerial, administrative, and qualified and experienced personnel necessary to meet the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly janitorial service requirements for Department's Sparks Administration, Reno Administration, and Reno Maintenance facilities, and will have the ability to supply all staffing and equipment needed to complete and maintain these services for the duration of the Agreement, and to Department and generally accepted professional standards. See RFP for full Scope of Services. Approximately four years from the date the Agreement is executed. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
