Contractors shall RSVP Dave Napolitano danapoli@esf.edu by May 9, 2022 regarding their attendance for the pre-bid meeting. Bidders may park free of charge in the gravel west side of Lot P-22 with a parking pass. When you RSVP a map and one-day parking passes for the pre-bid conference and bid opening will be provided. Due to the health risks associated with the Coronavirus, all bidders will be required to submit a satisfactory Coronavirus Questionnaire (attached) before being allowed into the Pre-Bid Meeting. A face covering or mask may be required at all times while on campus for all visitors depending on the campus COVID-19 Alert Levels (green, yellow, blue or red). The current alert level is posted on the ESF website. All bidders should be aware of the current campus alert level prior to arriving on campus. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage certified minority- or women-owned business enterprises and service-disabled veteran-owned business participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.
