Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Farmington, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
13,000 lin ft concrete curb & gutter 23,000 sq ft concrete walk 6,800 ton bituminous paving mixture 13,000 ton aggregate base 950 lin ft forcemain 1,200 lin ft pvc pipe sewer (sanitary) 4,400 lin ft pvc watermain 3,700 lin ft rc pipe sewer (storm) COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete by 06/30/2023. All work under the Contract must be substantially complete by 10/29/2022. The project involves but is not limited to the complete construction of public improvements for the reconstruction of several streets. Individual elements of work shall include, but are not limited to: 1. Removal of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveways, pipe and other miscellaneous items. 2. Clearing and grubbing. 3. Street excavation. 4. Sanitary sewer construction. 5. Water main construction. 6. Water and sewer service construction. 7. Storm sewer construction. 8. Concrete walk construction. 9. Concrete curbing and driveway pavement construction. 10. Bituminous street construction. 11. Turf restoration and erosion control construction. 12. Traffic Control. 13. Other miscellaneous work shown on the plans or specified herein.
