As of 12/01/2022 The start date hasn’t been identified, but substantial completion is August 31, 2023. The work includes the following together with related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. Briefly and without force and effect upon the Contract Documents, the Work of this single prime Contract can be summarized as follows: 1. Mechanical Systems: Replacement of two boilers for reconnection to existing heating water system. 2. Building Enclosure: Modifications to existing roof and/or wall penetrations and new wall penetrations as required for completion of boiler installation. 3. Interior Finishes: As required for patching existing finishes and matching existing finishes. 4. Control Systems: As required to integrate and reconnect to existing Johnson Controls Metasys BAS. 5.
