Reference number : 1686644 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-02 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Bonsecours requires tenders for a snow removal and winter maintenance contract for the road network (approximately 30 kilometres) for a period of one, two, three, four or five years and will opt for one or other options at auction only. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received and declines any responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. A bid bond of $10,000 must accompany the bid.
