The Project will be funded by the Township. The Township has yet to determine a budget for the costs associated with the design, construction, furniture, fixtures, equipment, relocation, operation, and maintenance of this Project. Mill Township, Grant County, Indiana Request for Proposals and Qualifications to Design, Build, Operate, Finance and/or Maintain Renovation of the Mill Township Volunteer Fire Station project through a Public-Private Partnership In accordance with IC 5-23-5, the Trustee of Mill Township, Grant County, Indiana invites any and all qualified parties to submit Statements of Proposal/Qualifications (PSOQ), under a public-private partnership to obtain financing, design, construct and operate the project in Grant County, Indiana. The Project involves the development, design, construction, procurement of furniture, fixture, and equipment (FFE), operation, financing, and maintenance to bid (1) renovation, and (2) demo/re-build the Mill Township Volunteer Fire Station and Trustee office. Township currently contemplates that the Project will include: . Renovation of the fire station building, construction of an additional service bay and offices. . OR Renovation/Demolition of the fire station building and trustee office, rebuilding a combined service facility. . The complete project scope is yet to be determined.
